This is a modern style of Hunter Valley Chardonnay. A combination of barrel and tank fermentation has helped to craft a wine of great complexity, showcasing the full spectrum of Chardonnay aromas & flavours; this wine features aromas of vanilla bean, peach, cashew and French oak. It is vibrant gold in colour, the palate is medium bodied, striking a fine balance between fruit-driven flavours, acidity, and alcohol.
