The Hunter Valley is renowned for producing intense Semillons with great ageing potential. The Semillon fruit for this wine came off mature low cropping vies. A warm dry vintage has given aromas of lime juice, bubblegum and snowpea which carry through to a dry. light bodied palate with a long and intense crisp lemony finish.
