This wine has all the balance and persistence of fruit required to delight. Creamy lemon balm, peach and white florals come together on the nose with subtle, charry oak. The lovely, creamy, midpalate weight comes from maturation on lees in French oak barrels for 8 months. Melon, spice and nutty flavours carry the palate through, delivering great length to the wine.
