This is approachable and refreshing Chardonnay is unoaked to highlight fresh fruit flavours. The wine is a pale yellow in colour, with peach and citrus on the nose. Stone fruits combine with a creamy midpalate formed by light lees maturation in stainless steel tanks. A grapefruit-like acidity brings a lovely freshness and drive to finish.
